How is Cinco de Mayo celebrated?

Cinco de Mayo is celebrated in several different ways mostly in Mexico and Spain. Some use it as an excuse to eat Mexican food and drink margaritas, while others acknowledge the significance of the holiday. At the celebration of Cinco de Mayo there are parades, mariachi bands, and parades. One of the things that really stand out, is the Mexican food.
